Japan revisited

Greetings and what's up my amigos! It's been a while since I've posted a new blog so I thought I would share some more of my experience in Japan.
Here are some pics from crazy Tokyo. I've never seen so many signs in one place in my life. The atmosphere was so different than any American city I've been to. I stayed in the area of Asakusa and frequently went to Shibuya which is like the Haight street area of Tokyo.

This is the hostel I stayed in. I really didn't have room to do anything but read and sleep.

I went to Hakone to the onsen( hot springs). Can't be shy here. They give you a towel the size of a wash rag and you must wash your body before you get into the hot springs. Everyone is wearing their birthday suits. It was an interesting experience. I kind of know what it's like to be a life drawing model now.

Lastly, here are some pics of Kyoto, a city to the south of Tokyo. I really liked Kyoto. I saw many temples and I got to visit the old Shogun castle( Nijo Castle). It almost felt like I was in a different time period. Japan was a beautiful and inspiring place. I was sad to go. Next time I go, I hope to see more nature in Japan and less of the city.
